Parmesan Crisps

1 teaspoon parmesan = 1 cracker

Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray on to a microwave safe plate.

Add teaspoons of grated parmesan cheese on to the plate in mounds, leaving a gap around each teaspoon of about 1cm.

Then microwave for approximately 1 minute on high or until cheese has completely melted.

Then remove plate from microwave and using a fork or spatula, lift off the crackers and place on another plate to cool down and get crispy.

Once they have cooled, place your favourite topping on top or dip into your favourite healthy dip.

You can add herbs or spices to the parmesan prior to microwaving for boosted flavour.

Try with thinly sliced apple or half an olive on top.

 

Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients: Peanuts.

Simply place quantity required into food processor or bullet blender and process until nuts resemble peanut butter.

Add small amounts of water for a smoother paste. Add salt to taste.
